Highlights at a glance
This document outlines Tuduoduo's policy for reporting intellectual property (IP) infringement on its platforms. It clarifies that Tuduoduo acts as an intermediary, not a legal arbiter, and will not judge the validity of IP rights. To file a complaint, the IP owner or their agent must submit a completed and signed Notice of Intellectual Property Rights Complaint (provided in Annex 1). The policy details the required evidence, including proof of IP ownership and specifics of the alleged infringement. Tuduoduo reserves the right to reject incomplete submissions, amend the policy, and disclose complaint information to the alleged infringer or authorities when necessary. Importantly, by submitting a complaint, the complainant agrees to indemnify Tuduoduo against all related claims and liabilities.
