The IBI Pakistan Digital Economy HQ is a flagship bilateral initiative established to accelerate high-priority economic cooperation between Pakistan and China. Operating as an integrated platform under the framework of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the HQ combines trade facilitation, investment promotion, supply chain digitization, SME empowerment, and policy dialogue into a single execution hub. Its strategic mandate is to de-risk market entry, facilitate B2B matchmaking, streamline industrial collaboration, and foster sustainable digital ecosystem development.

IBI (the organising entity) is spearheading the official launch of its HQ in Pakistan through a series of high-impact events across Pakistan’s key economic hubs. This delegation visit, scheduled for May 8–14, 2026, will bring together senior Chinese business leaders, and Pakistani counterparts to inaugurate the HQ, sign joint venture agreements, and conduct targeted B2B meetings in priority sectors.

Officially inaugurate the IBI Pakistan Digital Economy HQ in Islamabad as the cornerstone of Pakistan–China digital economy cooperation.

· Facilitate the signing joint venture projects / MOUs between IBI and Pakistani enterprises.

· Engage with provincial governments, chambers of commerce, and industry leaders in Sindh and Punjab.

· Conduct sectorspecific B2B matchmaking sessions covering Chemicals, Textile, Engineering/Machinery, Renewable Energy, Building Materials, Electronics, Automotive/EVs, and a focused conference on 

· Home Appliances, Electrical Equipment & Battery Energy Storage.

· Strengthen institutional ties with FPCCI, KCCI, LCCI, and relevant government ministries.

· Lay the groundwork for future IBI Pakistan Digital Economy HQ activities including digital trade platforms, investment funds, and SME incubation programs.
